Our retained search process includes needs and culture analysis, industry research, talent identification, in-depth interviewing, talent selection and presentation, reference checking, negotiations and follow-up. That's why in many situations, particularly when conducting searches for key executives; it makes sense for you to exclusively retain SRI to coordinate every aspect of the search. That way, you're guaranteed the full dedication of resources from our committed, experienced professionals to address the key issues and specifications of your search.
  • Direct Hire (Contingent) - Proactively conducting direct hire searches on a contingent basis is what has made SRI what it is today. By assessing the market and delivering superior talent to our clients, we have established ourselves as one of the premier search firms. Whether you seek a professional at the entry or staff level; or you are searching for a senior manager to lead and manage a team, SRI will conduct a detailed search to find candidates who meet your needs. A candidate that can make a difference. Payment is only made when we provide you with a candidate that you hire.
  • Contract - Through SRI Technologies, SRI is a major provider of contract staffing solutions. We provide professional contractors in 45 U.S. states and globally for small businesses through Fortune 100 corporations. Clients partner with SRI to provide talent for short and long-term projects or on a contract to direct hire basis. With the sense of urgency of today's global economy, partnering with a firm that can provide "staff on demand" can give you the competitive advantage you are seeking.

Our process begins with a thorough analysis of your company's needs and culture, which allows us to provide you with the best-qualified, best-fitting candidates. Extensive evaluations and reference checks are a normal and important part of our candidate evaluation procedures. This process saves everyone valuable time, money and energy.

Additionally, if you prefer off-site interviews, we provide private offices for daytime or after hours use.

How do I start?
In order for us to get to know you, please take a moment before you send us your resume to browse our Website. Under "Practice Areas" you will find lists of industries we work with and positions we fill. Then, please send us (either electronically or by mail):

  • A cover letter with a short introduction, including a description of the position you are looking for, including job title, if applicable.
  • Salary requirements
  • A list of at least three people who can serve as professional references
  • Any additional information or documentation, such as certificates from continuing education classes
  • A short list of technical programs, languages or competencies (if applicable)
  • If you are not a U.S. citizen, please state the nature and status of your visa or green card application.
